ULTRA LIGHT CYPHER PRO

Unveiling the Cypher Pro: Chillout Motorsports' Lightest, Smallest System Yet

Chillout Motorsports presents our lightest, smallest system to date: the Cipher Pro. It is a fully carbon fiber constructed system, weighing in at a remarkable 5.5 pounds. The Cipher Pro micro cooler is almost identical to our Cipher micro cooler, with the Pro version being a half pound lighter.

Cipher Pro Components and Operation

The Cipher Pro system comes with a few distinctive features, setting it apart from our other products. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Three Feet of Coolant Hose: Unlike our other systems, Cipher Pro has three feet of coolant hose already built into it.

  2. External Inverters: The inverter system is external on the Cipher Pro. The inverter steps up the voltage from 12 volts to 24 volts.

  3. Lightweight Inverter Option: To further save weight, we also offer a lightweight inverter option. This inverter only weighs six ounces compared to 1.7 ounces for the encased model.

  4. Remote Control: The system comes with a remote control since there aren't any controls on the system. With the remote, you can dial in the fan speeds and temperature.

  5. Temperature Settings: The system has three temperature settings: low, medium, and high. The low setting runs at max until it gets to 32 degrees, medium runs at an optimal 55 degrees, and high at 70 degrees.

Installing the Plenum

The plenum replaces the fan system that comes with the Cipher Pro system. The fans are easily removable, and this plenum goes right on top. However, to replace what was there, we also offer a high-performance 275 CFM fan system.

System Priming

The system comes with a fill bottle for priming. For the Cipher system, run a full concentration of coolant, which goes straight into the kettle. To prime the system, you'll need a push-button side and a latch side flow lock. The system primes itself by circulating coolant through the system and the shirt until there are no more bubbles flowing through.

Cautions and Good Practices

It's essential to make sure that you prime the shirt completely and ensure no air bubbles remain. Plan to prime it daily. A few bubbles won't hurt, but it's a good practice to ensure the flow of fluid is steady without air bubbles.

We provide a spare pump in the box. The pump is good for over 150 hours, but it's good practice to plan to change this before reaching 150 hours. The pump is easily replaceable, taking no more than 10 or 15 minutes if you're handy with a screwdriver.
